All Official Sagami Products Comply with Regulatory Requirements in the UK
We have become aware that Amazon has sent recall notifications to some customers regarding certain Sagami products.
Please be assured that this recall does NOT apply to any official Sagami products purchased from our online shop, official Amazon UK store, and the authorised sellers, including British Condoms and Condoms.uk.
The recall notice from Amazon is based on the French RappelConso notice concerning a Japanese version of Sagami Original 0.02 (10-pack) that was not CE-marked and was only intended for domestic sale in Japan. Sagami has not exported any Sagami domestic products to France and the UK. This appears to be an illegal import being sold through unauthorised channels in the UK.
The Sagami products we supply are CE-marked Class IIb medical devices in the UK. Therefore, customers who purchased from our official channels and authorised resellers can continue using our products.
Customers who purchased from unauthorised channels are advised to stop using the product and contact the respective seller for a full refund.
